It elevated me, I suppose. People either wanted to challenge me and take me down... or they didn’t know how to speak to a “celebrity”.
[He can visualize that easily enough. He knows about their world a bit from Yang, and he knows that it's a combat-oriented world...at least, from where these ladies come from. But to be combat-ready from such a young age in such a world... naturally, she would be held in awe.
It's not so different from the reactions to the Yamainu, honestly. They had been 12, 13 when they had begun to take out criminals, testing their mettle--and there had been those awed, almost frightened whispers following them.

"The Yamainu."
It had never bothered Sousei, because Sousei hadn't needed any more than the Yamainu, but from the looks of things, Pyrrha hadn't even had that until recently, with Jaune.]
I understand. [A lot more in general now, really. Jaune and Pyrrha as a whole make more sense to him now.] In such a case, this place is an opportunity.
