You're not going to die. [Tenka's joking, but...well, it's said a little too sharply, even for Sousei. But then...he doesn't intend to let Tenka die again, and it's not a joke he appreciates.

It's time to find a solution. Sitting here is accomplishing nothing.

[It's said with some irritation, but okay, Sousei has a point. And the sooner they get away from that topic that gets him all sharp, the better. Tenka just sighs now.]

We can't make a fire indoors normally and the kitchen here doesn't run on coal.

Those would only be temporary solutions regardless. It is clear there is something larger at work here. We should find the source.

[Because quite frankly, this temperature drop is not normal, and they're used to weird weather things.]

[He's thought for a moment before reaching into his pocket to pull out the device and pressing at the buttons. It's slow, but does seem to still be operational.

Then he nudges Sousei with his elbow.]

We wait a day. There's no use going out into the snow if this is just a quick malfunction from this place again. It'll just leave us cold and miserable.

If anyone finds anything and feels like sharing on the device, then we'll pursue that lead. If no one's bothered, we'll be the explorers tomorrow.

[.....it's...a plan. Hardly a good one, but honestly better than Sousei's, presuming they don't freeze tonight. So he nods slowly.]

[... but if they're not going anywhere, he's going to huddle down further in his blanket because NO...... it's so agonizingly cold.]

Yeah, better than wandering around in powdered ice without direction. Really, Sousei?

[TO BE HONEST. Tenka's not leader material anymore but he's also definitely not just gonna give in to an idea like that. Better if he just convinces Sousei out of it entirely.

Though he notices him huddling down further and he sighs, standing and keeping the blanket around his shoulders.]

... I never claimed that it would be a perfect plan.

[Or even a good one...though one would hope he could come up with a better one than that............ but he just is so tired of this place and its nonsense.]
